Eric Baker

Over 20 years experience in the management of commercial and industrial properties.  Specializes in the day-to-day management of properties through direct contact with tenants and landlords. Responsible for the supervision of vendors, construction jobs and tenant fit-ups.

Patricia Fraysse

Over 20-years experience in the commercial real estate field, with ten-years experience devoted primarily to all financial aspects of property management.  Responsible for the collecting rents, paying vendors, maintaining bank accounts, and preparing budgets, escalations and accounting reports.
